At the last Outreach event, the Outreach Team and many others participated in a car wash on Saturday, September 18th .  It was not only a perfect opportunity to reach out to passerby’s, but evolved into a great time of fellowship and friendship creations for everyone from Youth to the Seniors.

While we didn’t wash many visitor’s cars, those who did stop, for the genuinely “free car wash,” were eagerly shown the love of God while their vehicle was scrubbed and polished.  With caring and gentle conversation each guest was introduced to an understanding of spiritual life through Christ.

Many thanks go out to those who provided supplies as well as the Outreach Team members, the Youth Group and so many more of our church family who showed up to help and didn’t mind getting a little wet to bring glory to God, and the Gospel to the lost, on such a beautiful day.  

As always, we open and close each outreach event with prayer, remembering that it is the Lord who draws lost souls to Himself, and God who adds to His church.

Our goal of impacting our surrounding community for God continues to be our heart’s desire, and it is steadily being realized as we continue to show our neighbors that Faith Bible Church is here for them.
